Review content:
St. Francis has been our vet for over two years and we take our numerous animals there. One of our dogs has needed to board very regularly - he was old, bad tempered and probably a royal pain, but the staff bonded with him and truly cared for him. Today we had to have this dog euthanized, and I can only say that I hope every experience I have with tough decisions regarding our animals is handled with such compassion, support and well-placed education on the options available. We choose St. Francis because of their reliability and consistency, and it is hard to fault the way that these guys care about the animals in their care. Don't expect platitudes here - you'll get the truth and sometimes it's hard - but if you want good, honest people then there are much worse places to go. Frankly the customer service for the humans sometimes lacks a bit, but I would much rather have the great service provided to the animals when I visit a vet.
