Review content:
We had the most horrible experience trying to get t-shirts printed. They kept promising to work on them. They were well aware of our deadline but chose to wait until 3 days before we needed the shirts to even begin work on them when they had already had our order for 3 weeks. They weren't "able" to get 2 of the shirts that we requested and rather than contact us about this they chose to fill a partial order and inform us at the time of pick-up. Then they weren't able to work with the file we e-mailed three times to them AFTER we asked what format they would like to receive it in. They treated our designer like she was completely incompetent. On the day the shirts were due to be completed it took two trips to be able to actually get the shirts...they weren't ready on the first attempt to take delivery. Will NEVER order anything else from this business. POOR POOR customer service and professionalism. Even after contacting the business about these issues, there was no reply.
