I felt like I was getting a good deal on my smog test. I had an 88 Jetta a couple of years ago and needed a smog. My confidence was pretty low that it would pass. They gave me a few tips. I could tell they wanted to work on my car and make some money from the repair work. I let them feel like I really didn't want to pay for repairs. I wasn't sure they were dealing straight with me at the time but I think were honest with me in hopes of repeat business. I have not been back. They did a fine job.
