I had what started as a mild pain in my upper back and neck but I avoided going to the Chiropractor for about 6 months because I did not want to spend the money Then I started having a tingling pain in 3 fingers of my right hand that became constant. I went to my regular Chiropractor but he could do nothing for me beyond temporary relief. The problem was the arch gone from my neck and 3 vertebra were contacting each other Went to the best sport specialist in San Diego for Chiropractic adjustments for 4 months. He told me that I was past the point where Chiropractic adjustments could help me. Nothing could be done at this point but surgery to fuse 3 vertebra in my neck and that I had to do it SOON or expect more complications. I refused to accept the idea that surgery was the only option. I explained my situation to Dr. Warde and he looked at my x-rays. Dr. Warde said that he could solve my problem without surgery and set up a regime of deep tissue massage, adjustments and a traction device that I could use myself in my home for ½ an hour a day. In less than a month the tingling was gone, I had the arch back in my neck and I have been pain free, without surgery every since.
