Since the first time we had the very distinct pleasure of dining at Cafe Bombay we have returned many times. My initial review based upon my background as a state certified exec chef and culinary arts teacher of 40 years. I can only say the restaurant is better with each return visit. The atmosphere is delightful, the staff marvelous, and the food a gustatory extravaganza. I recommend the restaurant to everyone with one fear...that is, if everyone I tell about it decides to go there, I might not be able to get a table the next time we have the desire for excellent East Indian fare.
