Review content:
Not sure how these other folks who reviewed Hollink had good reviews. I never have a good experience going there. Recently, I ordered a part that they forgot to order. If I hadn't of called them on the day it was due in, they would of never known. So they told me it would be a few more days. That time passed, again no phone call. So I call them and they tell me it is still not in, no reason given, no apologies either. Finally, my order which was going to take 3 days to get, came in 2 weeks later. Never was an apology made, and the person who served me when I picked it up was extremely rude. He even complained to me about how I wanted parts for 1970 technology even though the engine I am working on was from the 80's. Like I shouldn't be asking for these old parts. Last I checked, they were a Honda parts dealer, no matter what the age of the parts. If Honda makes them, and they do, there should not be a problem. I believe he was the manager. Why is it the shop will bend over backwards to sell you a machine but want nothing to do with selling you parts to repair it yourself. Hollinks service sucks!
