I went to this facility to have my state inspection done (I was late and needed it right away... only 2 days left !!).
They took care of it right away... My car had one rear bulb out. They gave me three options: a) come back in the afternoon to get the bulb replaced (because they did not have that type of bulb at hand), or b) wait for someone to bring them the right bulb (expected time: 30 mins), or c) fail the inspection and have the bulb replaced somewhere else (which is standard procedure).
I picked the second option, and 20 mins later, I was on my way with a new bulb (which they charged $10 for... I guess that's an OK price - they had told me up front anyway) and a renewed sticker. They were both quick and friendly.
I also liked how they advised another client to check with her dealer before they performed a repair, in case the repair they had to perform on her car was covered by some sort of warranty.
I was very pleased and I will be back next year ! :)
