I was initially approved for an affordable rate through their finance company and purchased a Toyota Camry. Only to get a call 3 weeks later to say that the rate had been denied and I would need to come back in and redo the loan application. I called the finance company only to learn that I had not been denied. I returned the car and demanded my used car to be returned. It was returned and I have not been back. After telling my friends, coworkers and family about this experience. I was advised that this common practice at this particular dealership. Buyer beware.
