Review content:
The Top-notch cafe is a great restraunt that is a favorite for locals and tourists and visitors. I believe they have the best burgers pretty much anywhere. The owner is Dave Nails who was actually one of my Junior High football coaches. Top notch sponsors the High School Football team also. Top Notch is an all around great resturaunt!
