Review content:
I've been going to this doctor's office for many years, and only recently have had serious illness. The staff is robotic and cold, and insensitive. I think they have too many patients, and you just get treated like another number. They sometimes talk to you and never look up. I stood there with tears running down my face, in pain, and the nurse never looked up at me. It's darn near impossible to get thru on the phone, you have to leave a msg and they say it will be returned in 24-48 hrs. But even then, they don't always call you back. I'm currently looking for a new GP, and being very careful that I don't end up with this kind of situation again. Check out the doctor before you accept them as your Primary Care Physician, if you get a bad one they can really make your life miserable. Call the office and see if a person answers the phone, or if you push this number and that number..and then end up with voicemail. That's a sign that the office is understaffed, or too busy or the staff just doesn't bother to answer the phone! In any case, it's a sign of how you'll be treated. I learned the hard way on this one.
