Review content:
When I was here I had the manager cut, dye & style my hair. He was detailed and made a point to explain each step and decision to me. After my hair was done he realized that certain sections of my hair did not take to the dye like the rest of my hair had because I previously had highlights. He scheduled me to come back the next day to correct the problem at no further cost. After all was said and done, my hair was the right color but VERY dry and damaged from all the processing. He even gave me a free deep conditioning treatment because of all the dryness. I haven't dyed it since and still can't seem to help it recover. The dye faded very quickly too. I guess you get what you pay for!
