Marcello's did not make a good first impression. I placed a pick up order. When I arrived there, the teenager behind the counter asked me for my home phone number. He said the home phone number cross referenced Dunkin Donuts. I gave him my phone number again since he may have put it in wrong,but he still could not locate our order. I told him I could just give him my name since that is what the order was placed under. He could not find the order. I said, "I see a bag with two subs and two salads on the counter behind you...that may be it" (the only one on the counter behind him)...he glanced at it and said it was not it and then just walked away. He did not return. I waited to speak to another cashier (another teenager). She went right over to the bag I referenced and said it was my order. I have been back there twice since, because I thought maybe it was just a bad first experience...Their service is disappointing. Their food is mediocre. I think the owners of Marcello's should take a closer look at who they are hiring since those individuals are representing them and their company.
