Review content:
Good: My photographer. Bad: How the album was designed. The ownwer of the company offered to print the album again but he indicated that I would have to sign a statement promising not to publish anything else negative about his company or I'd be sued for libel. When I refused, he threatened me by saying that he knew where I worked and would call my place of employnment to have me fired or at the very least "garnish" my check. He went on to say that he would also post something negative about me on the internet as well.. Improvements: He needs to improve his customer service skills and be a better businessman. I as a consumer have the right to express my opinion without fear of being sued..
