I enjoy the Cafe Carolina for coffee and muffins - they're excellent, but other food leaves a lot to be desired. For hot dishes, I think they don't actually cook on site, just microwave or toast, so if the dish can be warmed successfully, it's fine but if it needs to be prepared fresh, it's not so good. Quiche is OK for example, but scrambled eggs are not. Salads are lackluster, as if they come out of a bag. Avoid dishes with chicken breast, it's obviously not made in the cafe, has little flavor and unappealing texture.
