Review content:
There are several things that impressed me about this place.
- They actually do what they say they will, and you know for sure that they do because you're watching them on cameras. This is piece of mind that you don't get at the dealership or, God forbid, Jiffy Lube.
- They show you dabs of common fluids on paper (ATF, power steering, etc) which allows you to check them yourself. You can then decide if they're due for a change (which you should do at a regular mechanic or dealership, not here).
- They have two people working simultaneously on your car. They actually talk with one another, making the process a whole lot faster than the average oil change and less prone to errors, such as forgetting to tighten the filter, fill caps, etc.
- The complimentary USA Today is a nice touch.
Don't fall for the upsells. The only exception would be basic things like air filters, lights, etc that you don't feel comfortable doing yourself, and don't require in-depth knowledge about your particular vehicle. Let your dealer or mechanic take care of more complicated services.
That said, they do oil changes very, very well. If that's all you need done, they're perfect.
