Review content:
Since moving into his new digs, Dr. Dallman has had huge turn over in dental tech staff and the current group is young and inexperienced. They pushed my 4 year old to have x-rays even though it hurt his mouth and he was crying for them to stop. They didn't stop, didn't come get either me or my husband. They don't let you go into the treatment area with your kids until all the procedures are complete. In addition, they wrongly diagnosed my other child who has special needs with a cavity that "had" to be repaired right away. Upon second opinion, there was no cavity to repair. The 5-star resort style waiting area for parents is certainly nice, but doesn't make up for the lack of service.
