I've been a patient of Dr. Flores for 5 years. She has always been very thorough and patient to answer all my questions and concerns. She is a bit tough to schedule an appointment. When I do make appts I always have to leave work or go to work 2-3 hours late. I didn't mind the trouble at first as I felt she was the best at what she does. This year, I've come to find out that I've had a significant illness since 2005 and was JUST made aware of it last month. How do a doctor and staff over look that? I cannot trust any doctor who fails to inform me of something so vital..no matter how nice of a person she is. I'm ready to move on.
