Businiess name:  Servpro Of Altamonte Springs
Review by:  Brent W.
Review content:
I can't recall having a more dangerous experience with a company than we did with ServPro Altamonte Springs/Longwood during our mold remediation. To make a long story short, the containment that had been erected to contain the mold was breached 3-4 times within hours. Each time I politely mentioned it to the supervisor David Boykin, he became increasingly annoyed that I should even care. He then refused to open up all of the areas we had agreed to, saying no more mold was present. He then ripped down the containment despite me begging him not to or he could be exposing my children to mold! We've subsequently confirmed that not only was there more mold, some was Stachybotrys, the more toxic variety. Other basic remediation protocols were also violated. In addition, Mr. Boykin showed me a card indicating he was IICRC certified in mold remediation when he was not. Hire this company at your own risk!
