Review content:
We had doors and windows installed by Window Wizards. The windows are so called self locking (when you close them they should lock automatically, on 50% of our windows that were installed by them, the top pane falls open when you close the bottom pane. We were told that this was normal and were not closing the window correctly. Even the manager could not get them to close correctly. After living with this for over a year, we still cannot get them to correct the problem! The door had more problems than the windows, i cant even talk about it without getting my blood pressure up!
