I have been taking my dogs to Lucky Bones for a few years now. When we first found this facility we thought it was great!!! At first Kelly and the Staff were very welcoming and great with our dogs. The facility as well was very clean, bright, and nice. However over the past few months I will say that I continue to become more and more disappointed with the staff as well as the services, and even more so the facility itself. The staff never seems to know what they are doing. The facility went from open and airy to dark and dismal. The pricing is always rising yet the services offered are diminishing. I am really disappointed that something that was once heaven for us and our dogs has managed to go down hill so much. I am sorry to say that we have decided to no longer use Lucky Bones.
