After reading reviews, I was a little apprehensive about shopping there. I called first and asked if this was the place that offered the free use of their die-cut machines on Mondays. The person I spoke with was VERY cheerful, friendly, and helpful. She welcomed me to come down and use their machines for free. When I visited the store I was greeted by two employees and I was very pleased with how I was treated, and how helpful they were when I had product questions. I cut several shamrock shapes out for my cards for FREE and was delighted to have such a good experience. Their selection of scrap products is amazing and there is ample space to work on projects in the back. I would highly recommend this place.
