known Sam for 35 years as patient and family friend. My problems have been with staff... not having exam rooms ready, (one time sam stormed out the room to yell at his staff, another time gave me my file to take "up front" because he was so mad), not relaying info to other sources for appointments, etc. They even billed my insurance co for 2 visits that had to be rescheduled due to their errors. I refused to pay for the rescheduled visits and they are dunning me! They moved and I was not notified!
