Review content:
I have been with a particular Dr there at the facility since he was first starting out, I have had good sucess with him, I have followed him throught the yrs 14 to be exact. However recently I have exsperienced some uncomfortable dealings with a newer addition to the facility. I find it that most of the visits are because we are not feeling well and its a uncomfortable situation in the first place, where I need to schedule an apt to see the Dr, The receptionist that schedules, makes you feel like its a burden to even call there, I have been made to feel very uncomfortable and have even given a 2nd thought of calling when needing help. Due to Oxona, she has given out medical advice in regards to my children, along with myself, this is unproffesional for a medical receptionist to do. This has made me reconsider the ethics of this facility? I find her very unprofessional,or even sympathetic about your condition. I know that I am not alone, this is a very small town. Hopefully there will be some adjustments or maybe a code of ethics she should familiarize herself with. Knowone who feels sick or is sick should feel worse after speaking to her.
