Review content:
I went to this place to get highlights in my naturally blonde hair and instead the woman made my hair all over red then charged me 200 dollars. I complained after I had a whole conversation about what I wanted and she disregarded my wishes. She refused to give me money back or to fix it then when I went to the supervisor she scolded me and told me that my hair was red bacause there is heat that comes from your head that makes it that color and that if it were her she would have never done my hair in the first place. I ran out of the salon crying and they still refused to help me in anyway. Oh and when I went back I saw the same woman that helped me only to see that she had dyed her hair the same red color that my hair had become. So basically she just gave me what she wantecd. I have mulitple family members in hair and I have never had such a terrible hairdo or service.
