It took the nurse a month and after 4 calls to get a call back for a lab result. When the nurse called back she was more interested in arguing than providing information. She states she had posted the records on the call line, despite having another nurse stating 4 weeks ago that she did not see it on the call line. I told her I just wanted my test results as I had been fainting and did not wish to argue with her. When I went to the clinic to get my lab result, she states that it would be two weeks for the records because they didn't have enough resources and it wouldn't be fair to the other patients. ARC weren't being fair to THIS patient much less any other patient. Then they informed me if i were to pay $25 dollars I could get my lab results in 24 hours. Then I asked if I made an appointment to see the doctor would she be able to copy two pages of the lab result for me, the answer was there are no guarantees. Despite having fainted 5 times in the last year and waiting a month for a call back regarding lab results.
