If you are a customer don't try to rearrange your services unless you are willing to PAY A LOT for them. I tried to upgrade my phone service. I was told I had to drop the service for at least 1 month and then come back to get the upgrade. I did as instructed and my bill skyrocketed by $50/mo. and that was w/o the phone. Seems I lost a discount for bundled service but the agent did not tell me about any such consequences. I called the company regarding the situation and was informed that there was nothing they could do for me and that I was stuck. Well I got news for them because they actually aren't the only game in town and as soon as I get my e-mail squared away with a different account Insight will no longer be a service provider for me. I am going to contest their bill through the BBB and the State Attorney General's Office.
