Review content:
Went in to get an eye exam and was given wonderful service from the front office person, but was later told by the optometrist that she gave me bad information about my insurance and so I would have to be an additional sum. Felt like I was given a very hard sale push by the optometrist to buy more eyeglasses than I needed. When I picked up my new eyeglasses and for the next few weeks experienced extreme migraines due to a strong prescription. Had to go back to get it adjusted which took a few additional weeks. I then let them know that I would be unable to pick up the glasses due to financial strain (additional cost of the bad information included)
6 months later I received a letter with the new eyeglasses enclosed stating that they had charged my account for the balance without my signature or permission. After scrutinizing the enclosed receipt, it appeared that they had charged someone's else credit card for my balance. I sent a letter of concern to the BBB. I would not recomment this location for any service. Later found out that the optometrist had given this bad service to another person that I knew.
