So it was our first time at Mona Lisa's and it was this past Valentine's day. We had a reservation for 8:30, we showed up 15 minutes early. Of course our table wasn't ready so they jammed us into the tight bar. To say we had difficulty getting drinks would be an under statement. The bartender was very rude but I could understand since she was the only one serving both the bar patrons as well as the dining patrons. So it took 45 minutes to get a drink. When we were finally seated it was 10 o'clock. Another 45 minutes passes and we finally get our appetizers but we had no silverware, eating calamari with your fingers isn't too bad though. Tried to order the lobster tail, all out, tried to order the sea bass, all out! Long story short, We spent just under 4 hours trying a have a decent meal, huge disappointment. UNDER STAFFED AND OVER PRICED.
