decided to try this place because I love Aveda products. However, I had a horrible experience. I got a haircut and blowdry by Lisa. If you at least try going here, DO NOT ask for her. She did not care one bit about the outcome of my hair, even when I revealed to her that, because of Valentines day weekend, I was going somewhere special right after. She took 10 minutes to pick at my hair, and make it look a lot worse than it had when I walked in, and did not even attempt to style my hair. She put no products in my hair for the blowdry, and the results of the blowdry were the same as if I had airdryed my hair. She was apathetic and completely removed, she couldn't have cared any less about me or my hair. Upon revealing my dissatisfaction, she basically told me that there was nothing more she could do for me. I ended up going home to style my own hair and going to another salon to fix the havoc she wrecked upon it. I would never step into that place ever again.
