I'm sure the care is decent, it seemed that way. But administratively they were a disorganize mess with little respect for returning phone calls, keeping appointments, providing daytime appointments and treating me like a person with a life. And Geraldine is a rude, unprofessional person who should NOT be in a care position. It is not her forte and I've talked to several mothers who had her at their birth and were VERY unhappy.
