They were recommended while I was pregnant - my son is now 7. I have never had a problem getting in when we are sick. We schedule annuals about 3 weeks in advance and all goes smoothly. The wait has never been bad and the waiting room has been update since a previous review. There is even separate well and sick entrance with the waiting room divided by a glass. My son had a swallowing disorder and Ped. Spec. of Plano has the connections and networking within the medical community to get the best possible care for the kids they see. I highly recommend them - they take great care of us!
