Dr. Culver has been my Optometrist for nearly 15 years and he has provided some of the best eye care ever received, when i went to the military i had to go to multiple OD's to find some one that was half as competent as Dr. Culver. If you want great service from cares more about quality than quantity then Dr. C. is the OD you need, if not, then go to walmart.
