My husband got a GC for me to use in their "spa". I was pregnant and was using the GC for pedicures. Their “spa” was a bench with some cushions in the back. You had to wind through all of the hair stylists chairs. They have girls right out of highschool doing the pedicures. I went for two pedicures before I delivered, both were acceptable but I've had better. The real problem occurred when I went for my last pedicure. I decided to get the upgraded treatment with the paraffin wax and such. The wax “container” had 1 inch of wax in the bottom. She had to "spoon” the wax on my feet. She put entirely too much nail polish on and it didn't have time to dry enough. They looked horrible and were still very wet. Both of my big toes had smudges. A couple hours later I ran back up to have the two toes fixed. I was told they were booked. I was told that they could schedule me an appointment in two days. I explained that I would be in Tennessee. They didn't care. They told me that there was nothing they could do. I asked for the manager and was told that she wasn't there. I went home and repainted all of my toes myself. I called back about 5 times while I was out of town and the owner/manager did not return one single phone call.
