Horrible horrible travel agency. I guarantee if the travelers that left positive reviews were to go try to book their own trips they would save a lot of money and find far better hotels. At first i was impressed when i saw their nice office and met the nice agents, then the agent kept recommending hotels (a lot of them Best Western). When i looked up the hotels on Tripadvisor they all had horrrrrrible reviews!!! By the way, i later looked online and found this on the Best western site..... "Best Western's global all commission program, BestChequeTM, gives travel agents an even better reason to book their clients in any of more than 4,000 Best Western hotels worldwide." Clearly this is why they push Best Western so much. Ick. The travel agent also told me a hotel was booked and when i checked with the hotel they told me NO one would be able to book there for another 4 months. Would NEVER reccomend this place to anyone. Don't be fooled, you are wasting money going there.
