BMS is a small health food store located in the co-jean plaza. You can find all of your supplements there as well as your body building things. They have no problem with special ordering you anything and the staff are very knowledgeable there. You can find some unique stuff there to eat even if you arent into t he whole health food craze. Worth a drive down there.. Its small but its got a good selectoin.
