Businiess name:  Berkman, Charles - Berkman Law Office
Review by:  Christine C.
Review content:
Whenever I go here, there's always a long wait. There isn't a lot of capable staff to tend to the needs of clients. Also, the inside offices are very small and messy. The lawyers don't tend to give you a lot of attention to those customers in small minor suits. So, if you crave attention and up-to-date information on your case, go elsewhere. They are very slow here and they leave you with the less-experienced staff. The hotshot lawyers are usually on vacation or handling other bigger cases. Still, Mr. Berkman is very nice. I don't know if he's lying through his teeth though. Also, Mr. Landry may have been a good lawyer at one point in his life, but the man is ancient now. During a deposition or something, he was literally sleeping most of the time and his suit was falling apart--not very professional. How can you object to anything, when you're asleep? And a lot of the times my family would call and the secretary would have no idea who we were. There should be a few people in the office who stay in top of all the cases and this firm lacks that as well.
