I had a manicure/pedicure appointment here and was kept waiting for an interminable amount of time. I was eventually shown to the chair for my pedicure and left to soak. I was left so long that the water got cold. When she eventually returned it was the quickest pedicure in history and I could have done a better job at home. Very little exfoliation.
I waited again for the manicure...a long time. The whole experience took almost 3 hours in all. She never gave me her name so when I went to pay at the front desk I had no idea who had done my service. They had to go searching for her and I was left waiting again.
I would not recommend this place to anyone if you value your time and your money. It was a waste of both.
