Haven't been in awhile, so I was surprised at the increase in price, but that was just the beginning. Got our tix the day before so we wouldn't have to wait on Friday nite. Went to see Gran Torino - Friday 7:40 pm show. Got there plenty early hoping for a good seat and found it was playing in the smallest theater where there are no good seats so we had to sit up close to the screen. Also the theater had never been cleaned from the previous show so there was popcorn and soda everywhere that we had to move before sitting down. Also had to sit through 20+ minutes of horrible previews for TV shows! This was all unacceptable for a highly acclaimed movie geared toward adults - It will be a long time before I return.
