Review content:
I had been going there for about six months and every time I showed up for a 'SCHEDULED' appt., I would wait for 30 minutes or more. It was my first dog so I didn't know then, but the costs are %15 higher than the Vet 1 mile away!
The terrible incident I previously mentioned was when I went there with a very young puppy, just 4 weeks old. I had her on a leash b/c we were doing a test that needed to be done outside, Dr cohen grabbed the puppy aggressively and I trusted her professionalism until the dog screeched and tried to get away from her grasp. Despite the fact I had a leash on her, and repeatedly said "please let go, let go, let go!" she didn't and the dog got tangled up in its collar and choked.
When I said "Ma'am, why didn't you let go when I asked you to?" she literally scoffed at me and said "Take your business elsewhere!" This was incredibly disturbing, I can't imagine what she does to animals behind closed doors! my name is Michael Murray and my dogs name was Sally
