Our family has gone to NW animal hospital for over 20years and has had the most wonderful pet care from Dr. George Rudawsky and his personable staff. I drive 20 miles each way from the heart of Chicago and know that it's well worth the trip each and every time. I appreciate not only each doctor's service, nature and compassion but also appreciate their avoidance of unnecessary procedures. Their pricing is affordable. The staff's compassion and sometimes candor is priceless..they help with every question or concern. With that said...I was surprised to read the critical 2 star comment posted earlier as I would like to believe it was made in haste. As anyone can atest to...anyone can have a bad day and from my experience with NW...every day for their staff is likely a stressful one...for they are dealing with numerous last minute pet appointments for stressed, concerned and emotional clients. They are always accommodating and courteous...I recommend them to anyone and everyone. You will not find anything better...my dogs certainly don't complain. Hope this helps.
