Review content:
My wife and I have long awaited a good Mexican restaurant in the Independence Square area since La Hacienda left a few years ago. Now we have it! El Guadalajara has excellent service, excellent food. They even have live music on weekend nights. I like their salsa, and my wife likes their cheese dip. The food is fresh and not "Americanized Mexican" like you find so many places these days. El Guadalajara is the real thing.
