Great experience with Dr. Emily she was awesome. But the receptionist, who makes or breaks a place like a dentist office was awful. She made copies of my insurance card, I was seen, came out and then told my insurance will mail me a check and then I pay them. This sounded wrong so I asked why and then I found out AFTER my visit they don't take any PPO's, and got the oh we didnt tell you (opps). She was VERY rude would not work with me asking questions nicely doesn't warrant responses w/ an attitude...
