"Ordered" couch....paid 50% down...14 weeks later & many phone calls & visits to the store in St. Augustine, we find it was NEVER even ordered. We then demanded a reimbursement. "Gladly". Still, 4 weeks later, no $$. But, "the check (coming from Leesburg) has been written! Written but not mailed as we are finding. Someone is using OUR $$ & we feel the company is in trouble. SO.....be very careful. Our advice...shop elsewhere as we were forced to do!!
