Review content:
This is the second jeep I bought from them. The first one was great, it lasted 10 years. I bought this one in 2005 and the last 5 times that I have brought it in for service, they have not done what I asked. The last time they screwed up on booking my day an couldn't even take me. This time I told them that my back brakes needed to be replaced, they called me up at 2 pm and told me that my back brakes needed to be replaced and that they couldn't do it until tomorrow. Mind you, i dropped it off at 7:30 am.
