By an assistant in his law office
I see how hard Mr. Baffuto works for his clients both in the office and court. He fights so hard for his clients that I sometimes come to court with bail money on his trial day just in case he gets arrested! I was told that there were a few times that he was close to being arrested simply because he was fighting so hard to defend his client. DWI defense is a high pressure practice because of societal and political pressures.
