These people are FAST. Maybe not always 28 minutes fast like the name of the store suggests, but they do an amazing amount of work in a very short space of time.
And the prints are almost always of great quality - they really take their time with the negatives and get the best out of even lousy cameras.
They will also do your passport photos and other official photos.
The only problem is parking - parking is terrible around this place. There is some parking in the back, but even that lot fills quickly.
