Review content:
I chose this smog check center for two reasons. First it was located close to my work, in North Highlands. Second, and more importantly, I had a coupon and this smog check station was only $30. Unfortunately, my car did not pass the check the first time because a small hose popped off. They showed it to me, and replaced it for $8. Not a big deal. The computer showed that it passed the first time, but they insisted that the test needed to be redone. Their sign states that one retest is included, but they charged me for an additional test. When I asked why I had to pay for another test, they said it was because I used a coupon.
