Review content:
I have been both happy and disappointed with the Tri City Herald. Their rates are ok, and the quality of the paper is ok. What I have been the most disappointed in is their billing process and their delivery people.
We have gone through numerous delivery people in the past year or two that we've had subscriptions. Several times there have been errors in how much they have charged me. I have been charged for services I have not subscribed to, and overcharged for services that I currently have.
Overall though I am happy with my subscription. We get our paper early every day, and the Herald has always been good about fixing their mistakes.
One more thing I am disappointed in, it can be quite expensive to place a classified ad. Its much cheaper to go to the Giant Nickel or something similar.
