Review content:
Ruby Tuesday is one of our favorite restuarants. It has things like fajitas, while at the same time, great burgers, steaks, chicken, and more. Their fajitas are great, offering steak, chicken, and shrimp, and combinations of the three. They come with all the neccessary toppings, and a good number of fajita shells. Their burgers are great. They are huge, meaty, and delicous. My personal favorite is the bacon cheeseburger, which like all burgers comes with fries. For $1, you can make any burger a platter, which means they add cole slaw and what they call tumbleweeds. Tumbleweeds are sort of like onion rings, but thinner. They are batter covered, fried onions. They are very good, and you get a good helping of them and coleslaw for only $1. They also have a wonderful salad bar that keeps the kids happy. One problem is that their prices seem to be going up. Fajitas are more expensive then their competitors, and no better tasting or bigger a serving. Their burgers are starting to get pricey, considering they are just burgers, ya, they are big, but they are still just burgers, and the Whopper is big too, but you dont see them charging $8-$9 for it. They also used to have lower carb items on their menu and now with the new menus this has taken off. We used to enjoy the low carb items. Also, service has been exceptionally slow. Slow for burgers and other simple things. There is usually no wait to get in, you do all the waiting at the table once you have ordered and you are waiting for your food. When going out to get a burger, fries, and a soda with friends takes nearly 2 hours, and you pay $10, it makes you want to stay home. Plus the kids are not ones for waiting a an hour for their food. But then again thank goodness for their great salad bar!
