I took my daughter there tonight - we are longtime Primo customers, from way back when it was a hole in the wall. The place was empty except for 2 tables in the outer dining room. My mother had given us a coupon for $10 off so as a courtesy, I informed the waitress as I gave her the check. Apparently my daughter's dinner does not count as an "entree" and they refused to honor the coupon. The place was EMPTY. Apparently business is so good they can afford to lose not just one customer, but all the people I will tell that they are terrible. And the prices are outrages and the food is not nearly as good as it used to be. No wonder the place is empty at 6:30 on a Friday night. Disgraceful.
